METAL CLEAN FE 16
It is an alkaline degreasing of exceptional performance for cleaning by immersion of iron parts, polished copper and brass.

METAL CLEAN Z-1

ALKALINE COPPER

Aditivo MC123

ALKALINE CYANIDE-FREE COPPER

MC Copper NC A/B/C
It is a product of easy operation which provides a bright copper finishing and equalized, it can be applied directly over iron, bronze, aluminum (after zincates) and zamac (after special activation) works perfectly in rank systems and rotating drums
MC COPPER NC has excellent power leveling and can be used before acid copper.
MC COPPER NC produces perfect refined deposits with excellent bright and leveling, free of porosities and can be used as decorative finishing of some parts.
MC COPPER NC it can be blackened in the same way as the conventional processes.

COPPER ACID

MC Cup Special A/B/S/ Molhador
MC CUP SPECIAL process was developed with the purpose to obtain copper acid layers with excellent bright and leveling for decorative application with an exceptional benefit cost.
Being a high performance process in which layers are obtained with reduced internal tension and good ductility.
Its excellent performance provides layers with great leveling and bright, even in the zones of low current density, being a great option as base for bright nickel due to the facility of leveling and bright, even in parts with deep recesses, it is ideal also to cover with copper Zamac and ABS parts. The copper layers are pore-free, ductile, thus they provide a good resistance to corrosion.

SEMI BRIGHT NICKEL

Níquel Semi MC
It was specially developed to bi-nickel use, iron parts and alloys, copper parts and alloys and Zamac parts can also be nickel-plated.
The adherence of Bright Nickel layer under NÍQUEL SEMI MC Layer obtained is excellent.
The deposits of nickel are sulfur-free and have excellent leveling and ductility thereby providing great resistance to corrosion.

BRIGHT NICKLEL

Purifier NIMC
it is a brilliant chemical nickel process of high speed that deposits an alloy with a medium phosphorus content by chemical reduction. A deposited nickel layer is uniform with a phosphorus content that exceeds 7% in weight.
SOLUTION NIMC offers good hardness, ductility and corrosion resistance. The deposition is done over a wide range subtract that includes aluminum alloys, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and alloys. The parts may be processed in racks, bulk baskets and still rotating drums. The speed of NIMC SOLUTION bath deposition is from 13 to 20 microns per hour and the hardness of the deposit is 46-48 Rockwell C. An important advantage of the NIMC SOLUTION process is the use of liquid potassium carbonate as an alternative to Ammonia Hydroxide for the adjustments of the PH in the deposition over the aluminum alloys. This characteristic helps decisively in the elimination of aluminum bubbles when the bath has already sometime of use.


Purifier NIMC SUPER
It is a product specially developed to improve the performance of brilliant nickel processes.

NICKEL FUME

MC Onix MC
It is indicated for a dark and uniform layer deposition with a nice decorative appearance, over nickel, brass or copper surfaces, meeting wide application in the jewelry, fittings, buckles and adornments industry in general.

DECORATIVE CHROMIUM

Compound CRMC
It is a self-adjust Chromium bath developed with the purpose of obtaining high shine and exceptional power of penetration, free of spots from a bath with a low concentration of Chromium.
Compound CRMC serves the current requirements of operating a bath of an easy control, big economy and an excellent performance.
The high penetration obtained with the COMPOUND CRMC process allows that parts of several shapes are chromed without using auxiliary anodes.



Hard Chrome MC
It is a process of Hard Chrome Catalyzed, free of fluorides and high speed in the deposition; it brings a big field of application, since hydraulic components, parts with waste in engines up to roto-gravure cylinders.
Hard Chrome MC has the attack effect to the base material reduced; the high speed of deposition makes it very economic and has great power of covering and distribution of the layer.
Hard Chrome MC guarantees the maximum stability of the process.
The Chrome deposited by Hard Chrome MC has big resistance to waste with a minimum layer reaches, at least 1000 HV and 0.1 hardness. The hard chrome layer deposited and micro-fissured. The deposited layers by Hard Chrome MC are brilliant in all the bands of the current density.


Suppressor CRMC
It is a suppressor of specific gases to be used in decorative chrome baths due to its excellent stability in solutions strongly oxidants.

TRIVALENT DECORATIVE CHROME

Trionyx
It is a process specially developed to satisfy the necessities of a safer environmental process and much more complete if compared to the conventional chrome processes.
The TRIONYX PROCESS besides replacing the conventional onyx chrome tolerates the interruption of the current without presenting opaque deposits and also has the characteristic of an excellent power of coverage, even in parts of complex geometry. The special graphite anodes allow a bigger useful life of the anodes and also finishes with the problems of Lead sedimentation.


TVC
